Q: Why is my baby's diaper leaking?
Because babies come in a lot of shapes and sizes – hence, the standard small, medium and large don’t fit all body types. At BabyCozy, we measure a great many babies' legs, bottoms and waists to find out the best possible fit. Sometimes leaks happen because of folded waist or leg cuffs. Running a finger around the waist band and leg cuffs can help prevent ill fit. It's also not uncommon leakage is caused by weak asorption. If your baby is close to the upper end of the weight range of the diaper you're currently using, you might want to go for next size up as there is more absorbent material in larger diapers. Q: What causes diaper rash?
Sadly, diaper rash is very common because baby's skin is highly sensitive, and every baby falls prey to nasty rashes eventually. Q: Are there chemicals in BabyCozy that can cause chemical burn?
No. BabyCozy diapers are made from ingredients that are thoroughly tested (never on animals) and proven to be safe. The ingredients we use are common in most diapers.
Q: How often should I change my baby's diaper?

BabyCozy wipes are made of 100% natural plant fiber and it has zero Chlorine residue. They have been tested to ensure they do not cause allergies or skin irritation. So they are very safe and gentle even for newborn's skin.
Q: Are these wipes flushable?
No. Our baby wipes are thick, gentle and are not designed to be flushed.
Q: How does pH affect my baby's skin?
Baby's skin is much thinner than adult's, and lacks adequate barrier protection, any product with higher or lower pH levels will affect baby skin, and can lead to irritation or even infection. Our wipes have a pH level of 5.6, nearly the same as healthy baby skin which is pH 5.5, making it ideal to protect delicate skin from harmful bacteria.

FAQ--Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will the order arrive?
A: The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
● Processing time: 2 - 3 business days
● Shipping time: 5-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.
Q: Where is my order?
A: Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Q: My order never arrived. What should I do?
A: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Q: My package was marked as delivered, why did I not receive anything?
A: Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest
USPS/FedEx delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait 2-3 business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Q: Where do you ship from and do you ship to my country?
A: Some orders from the United States will be sent from the US warehouse; it is also possible to ship from China (depending on whether the product is in stock in the warehouse)
Orders from other countries are sent from the Chinese warehouse.
