We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


RETURN POLICY
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you’re not completely satisfied or simply just change your mind, you have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES CONDITIONS
1.The return and exchange period is 30 days after delivered, overdue requests will not be processed.

2.The items returned must remain unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered in any way.

3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4.Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Babycozy products.

5.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund;

6.We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@babycozy.com.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow the instructions:

1)Please contact our support center firstly and we only accept return-authorized items.

2)Please provide your order number, order date, and a brief note on why you are requesting a refund.

3)Babycozy will respond via email to let you know if your refund request has been approved.

4)After receiving our return instructions, please ship the items to be returned in the original packaging to the address provided to you by Customer Care. You are responsible for all shipping charges, and we recommend you insure the shipment to cover the risk of loss or damage while in transit.

5)Write the order number on the outside of the box.

6)Once a return is initiated, you have 30 days to return your product.

7) Most returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your package.

REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Your refund will be processed within 3-5working days after your return is received and inspected.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

NOTE: THE SHIPPING FEE AND TAX ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
